Shipments in Italy are free for orders over € 100.

For orders less than 100 € the shipping cost is 10 €.

The order is processed the day after the order date and delivered by the courier within 3/4 working days.

Special periods / sales or holidays may extend the times indicated above.


If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment.

The return can be made independently, with a courier chosen by the customer, or with our courier service.

For Italy the cost of the return service carried out with our courier is € 12 for Italy, except for current promotions.

The fixed cost for the management of the return order is € 10, to be added to the cost of the courier.

Questions and answers

Can I return any product, even if I have only changed my mind?

From the delivery of your order you have 14 days to request the return, whatever the reason.

The product must be sent back exactly in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

Can I make the return independently?

Of course, the return can be made independently with a courier of your choice.

Is it possible to use your courier for the return?

Of course, we can send you our courier at a cost of € 12, the amount of the shipping charge will be deducted from the final refund of the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the product.

In addition to shipping costs, will I be deducted other expenses for my return?

Yes, you will be deducted a "small expense" for the practical order management of € 10

When will I receive the refund?

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the appropriate checks. In case of a positive outcome, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the arrangement of the refund. The timing of the credit depends on the internal procedures of your credit institution.

How do I get my refund if I make an order paid in cash?

You will only need to have the IBAN available corresponding to a valid bank or postal account. We will make the refund on this account by bank or postal transfer.
